New dates announced: ASMIRT-NZIMRT Conference – Now June 2021

ASMIRT and NZIMRT are happy to announce that we have been able to successfully confirm new dates for the ASMIRT-NZIMRT Vision 2020 conference.

The new dates will be Friday 4 to Monday 7 June 2021. The event has been renamed re-vision 2021.

Please note that this postponement will be an equivalent replacement for the planned event originally scheduled for 14-17 May 2020.

The conference will be held in the same rooms, at the same venue, the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre (MCEC), just with warmer weather! While we understand that there will be some inevitable changes to the conference program, all authors who were accepted to present at the conference remain as part of the program (at this stage on the same days and times as in the current conference program

Visiting Melbourne

Make every moment count on your whistle-stop tour of Melbourne, and be sure to keep a list of places to go when you return.

It’s easy to get around on foot. Start in the city’s heart at Federation Square, which boasts galleries, restaurants and events, as well as the Melbourne Visitor Information Centre. (It’s ideal, too, for a spot of people watching.)

Armed with a map you’re ready to lurch into the hive of laneways and arcades. Uncover hidden boutiques and galleries, acclaimed restaurants and bars adorned with colourful street art. The hardest-to-find highlights are revealed on a Hidden Secrets walking tour.

Follow the aroma of espresso to Cup of Truth, a subterranean hole-in-the-wall serving a brew that justifies Melbourne’s reputation as Australia’s coffee capital.
