Student registration
At the time of registration you must be a student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Graduate Entry Masters (GEM)* MRS program. This includes honours students.

*A Graduate Entry Masters (GEM) means that you are not qualified as a radiation therapist or diagnostic radiographer. The undergraduate qualification can be in nursing or allied health and then you undertake a course as a “second” undergraduate qualification. These courses are referred to as Graduate Entry Masters.

Member pricing is applicable to members of ASMIRT, NZIMRT, ANZSNM, ASUM, CNSA & MINA and other international MRS societies through ISRRT.

Warning: Fraudulent websites and booking agencies

We wish to advise ASMIRT 2024 registrants to be aware of possible scams. The conference industry is experiencing an increase in the number of fraudulent websites and companies that impersonate legitimate conference websites and accommodation booking agencies.
Please be mindful before clicking on any links that are relating to conference registration or accommodation which are not from conferences@asmirt.org or conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com

The exclusive accommodation booking agent for ASMIRT 2024 is InHouse Event Solutions.
Through InHouse Events Solutions, ASMIRT have contracted some great deals for accommodation within proximity to the Darwin Convention Centre which will be valid during the conference dates and the days immediately before and after.
We strongly recommend booking your accommodation via the online registration site for ASMIRT 2024 (which will be opening up in November), or once registered by contacting the official accommodation booking agent for ASMIRT 2024, InHouse Event Solutions, email conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com

We highly recommend booking through InHouse Event Solutions, through the conference registration portal mentioned above, or direct with the hotel you wish to book. Note, if you book through the hotel directly you will not be eligible for the rates we have advertised on our conference website.
