Synopsis: Creative reflective learning is an important skill in contemporary healthcare, enabling multidisciplinary teams to approach complex problems through collaboration, communication and critical thinking. By combining creativity with reflection, healthcare professionals can identify new perspectives, improve practice and contribute to better patient care and outcomes.
During the workshop, participants will work through authentic healthcare scenarios and apply practical strategies to develop their creative reflection skills. The workshop is designed for medical radiation practitioners, clinical teachers, leaders and mentors, providing practical tools to transform everyday interactions and experiences into meaningful opportunities for learning, professional development and improved practice.
