Our vision for ASMIRT 2018 is to deliver an innovative conference and exhibition. We expect over 900 delegates at ASMIRT 2018 including; radiographers, radiation therapists, mammographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists and students.

We are also happy to negotiate sponsors bringing key clients and buyers, who would otherwise not be at this conference, to meet with you in the exhibition area, maximising your company's time in Canberra.

What date is the event? 15-18 March 2018.

Preconference workshops will be held on Thursday 15 March. The Student Conference will be held on Friday 16 March. The main conference will be held from Friday 16 - Sunday 18 March 2018.

When does abstract submission close? Abstract submission for the main conference will close Thursday 17 August 2017. 

When does registration open? Please refer to the key dates page. 

Do I qualify as a student?

At the time of abstract submission, to submit to the student conference you must be:

• A currently enrolled student in an undergraduate or Graduate Entry Masters (GEM) MRS program. This includes honours students.
• At the time of abstract submission: If you are currently undertaking an AHPRA Supervised Practice Program (SPP) you must submit your abstract to the main conference for consideration.

This also applies to student registration.

When will CPD certificates be mailed out?

CPD certificates will be issued around 2 - 4 weeks after the conference. Delegates will need to log their own CPD for this event.

When will the program be announced?

The conferences committee hopes to announce the conference program in December 2017. Please refer to the key dates page for more details.

I am an ASMIRT member. How do I apply the member discount to my registration?

Simply type in your ASMIRT member number when registering for the event and the discount will be automatically applied.

How do I change my registration details?

Log back into your registration and you will be able to update any information.

I can no longer attend the conference. How do I request a refund?

Refund requests need to be emailed to conferences@asmirt.org  Please refer to the refund policy for details regarding the refund process.

How do I add a workshop to my registration?

Log back into your registration at any time and add any workshop or social event to your registration.

I want to change my accommodation who do I contact?
