She has worked in M\u0101ori health and equity roles and as a radiation therapist with a focus on pre-treatment. Lisa is a member of Hei \u0100huru M\u014dwai, the M\u0101ori Cancer Leadership Group, and co-chair of MiRO (M\u0101ori in Radiation Oncology). Lisa advocates for health system change driven by wh\u0101nau and community voice.
