This interactive workshop explores how Clinical Competency Frameworks can strengthen cultures of learning, professional identity, and patient-centred care. Drawing on the development of a Medical Imaging Clinical Competency Framework at Logan Hospital, participants will learn how to design consistent competency pathways across clinical areas, incorporating equipment use, anatomy and pathology knowledge, protocol selection, image critique, and modality-specific workflows.
