It also addresses key issues such as diagnostic overshadowing, unconscious bias, and a lack of reasonable adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artificial Intelligence in Rad-AI-tion Therapy: Bridging the Gap between Theory and Practice<\/strong><br>Explore how AI can enhance workflow efficiency, enable automation, and drive innovation in RT. The workshop will feature interactive, case-based discussions, Q&amp;A sessions, and provide actionable knowledge to support and improve the everyday practice of Radiation Therapists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Listen, Adapt, Discover: Case-Based Approaches in Adaptive Radiation Therapy<\/strong><br>This workshop combines theoretical learning with interactive case discussions to explore Adaptive Radiation Therapy. The session will cover CT-, MRI-, and PET-based approaches, technical considerations and clinical applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ensuring technical precision and rigorous techniques throughout DEXA scans<\/strong><br>This presentation will provide an overview of DEXA scanning, the underlying theoretical elements, and highlight areas where errors can occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From Data to Action: Radiation Dose Report Analysis enabling safer Angiographic and Interventional Imaging<\/strong><br>Bring your own examination dose report and be guided through a structured process to gain a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to high radiation doses. Participants will develop practical strategies for dose optimisation and enhancing patient and staff safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Person-centred care<\/strong><br>Explore self-care, empathy, and practical strategies to overcome care barriers, prevent burnout, and improve patient outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pain Science in Radiography Practice: Considerations and Applications for Person-Centred Care<\/strong><br>This workshop will provide an overview of current evidence-informed models of pain, draw on insights from experimental pain research, and equip you with practical strategies to provide person-centred care for patients experiencing pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Larger Bodies in Imaging and Treatment: Challenges and Solutions<\/strong><br>This interactive workshop explores the challenges and opportunities when treating\/imaging patients with larger bodies, drawing on recent research findings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-clinical workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trauma-Informed Practice and Managing Vicarious Trauma<\/strong><br>Establish a useful toolkit that recognises and mitigates the impacts of trauma. Develop a trauma-informed awareness, with practical strategies to support others without compromising your own well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lifting the Gaze: Leadership in the era of Professional Capabilities<\/strong><br>Participants will explore leading self, leading others and leading systems through the application of strengths, navigating change, and coaching and mentoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Art of Constructive Feedback Conversations<\/strong><br>Explore feedback as a dynamic, two-way process to enhance learning and foster a culture of growth. Identify common barriers to productive feedback interactions and develop approaches to overcome them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AI Across Borders: Literacy for Medical Radiation Practitioners for ASEAN and Beyond!<\/strong><br>Explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming medical imaging and radiation therapy. Analyse case studies to understand AI's benefits, limitations and ethical considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I\u2019ve got an idea!
