This interactive workshop explores the new MRPBA Professional Capabilities Framework, focusing on Domain 6: Leadership. It reinforces leadership as a capability relevant to all practitioners - from new graduates to experienced leaders. Participants will explore leading self, leading others and leading systems through the application of strengths, navigating change, and coaching and mentoring.
Attendees will develop awareness of personal strengths, practice enabling others to lead and navigate system-level change. They will have the opportunity to explore leadership behaviours, practice stewardship and engage with strategies aligned with the new Professional Capabilities Framework to support patient centred care, teamwork and effective leadership in their teams and workplaces.
